Documented Work & Craft
A running record of how weddings and celebrations have been approached, planned, and decorated across nine years of work in Leduc and the surrounding region.
What the Archive Covers
These categories reflect the actual range of decoration and styling work handled since 2015 — each area has its own set of documented approaches and material choices.
Wedding Ceremony Setup
Arch construction, aisle styling, altar dressing. Most setups involve combination of floral foam, dried botanicals, and fabric draping adapted to the venue dimensions and existing lighting.
Reception & Banquet Decor
Centrepiece arrays, table linen coordination, ceiling installations. Balloon columns, hanging florals, and candle clusters are the most requested elements across different client budgets.
Special Occasion Styling
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers. These projects often use more colour variation and themed prop work than wedding setups, with shorter lead times and faster turnaround needed.
Custom Structural Builds
Freestanding floral walls, photo backdrops, entrance gates. Each structure is assembled on-site from flat-packed components and adapted where the floor plan does not match original blueprints.
The floral wall for the reception entrance was built in three hours on-site. Every panel had to fit through a standard door frame, which changed the entire design before delivery. That kind of on-the-ground adjustment is normal, and having documented every variation means we do not repeat the same mistakes twice.
Decoration work is highly site-specific
No two venues in Leduc or the surrounding area present the same layout constraints. Ceiling height, column placement, loading access, and lighting rigs all affect which techniques can be used on a given day. This archive keeps a clear record of how those decisions were made across every project type, so the thinking behind each job is not lost between seasons.
